Herboy was established in Istanbul in 1950 as underwear company. In spite of harsh conditions of the age, Herboy rapidly gained its place between leaders of the textile industry.Herboy, after 1990, aimed to specialize in knitted fabric manufacturing, and became the supplier of the industry's leading companies.We are producing all kind of knitted fabrics with/without elasthane; single jersey, fleece, pique, rib, rib2*1, interlock etc. made of cotton, polyester, viscose, modal, spun, slub etc. in Turkey.We have 23 open width knitting machines from 26" to 34" spares who allows us to knit from 140cm to 200cm width single jersey, two thread and pique fabrics.We have also; 8 rib tubular knitting machines for rib, rib2*1, interlock, punto di roma etc., 8 tubular knitting machines for only three thread + diagonal and 6 tubular knitting machines for single jersey, two thread, pique fabrics.We are producing 18 tons of knitted fabrics daily in our knitting factory.We have GOTS and Organic Exchange certifications from Control Union, we can produce certificated knitted organic cotton upon request.
